This is the bottom of Whitworth Road where the council has got rid of a roundabout that worked. Replacing it with traffic lights that don't! There is normally a huge queue of traffic here waiting for the lights to let the next 3 cars through. Obviously not when I took this photo though, as it is Xmas time and quiet.
